You stay completely among yourselves! Each group has its own escape room as well as a separate lounge area, so that you are separated from other groups.
Our gamemasters wear a mouth-and-nose cover and also keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters to you at all times.
Masks are still required during the briefing and in the general access areas. When your group is in the room, the masks can be taken off.
Important contact surfaces in the rooms are regularly disinfected between the slots.

Our games can also be booked offline from 09:00h. But this booking must be made at least 12 hours in advance so that we can prepare the rooms for you accordingly. In individual cases we can organize one or more games for you at short notice, but this requires an agreement by phone.
When should we arrive at INDIZIO?
The game starts with a briefing of about 15 minutes, then the time runs out. This briefing is already included in our booking calendar. So that you don't have to wait so long, it is enough if you arrive on time. If you are late, the time will depend on your playing time.
Are photos or videos allowed?
Unfortunately not. Sorry, but any kind of recording (photo, video and audio) is strictly prohibited.
Who is INDIZIO suitable for?
Our Escape Rooms are a playful and cognitive challenge. Children under 14 years of age can only participate when accompanied by an adult. For children over 14 "The Sky is the Limit" applies - everyone is welcome.
Is there a parking place near you?
In Cologne there is a parking garage directly under the Heumarkt. From there it is about 2 minutes by foot. We are located in the heart of Cologne, so there is also a connection to public transport. The bus stop "Heumarkt" is also nearby. In Aachen there is the Galeria Kaufhof parking garage not far from the Theaterplatz, which is open 24/7.
